Quality indicators: The systematic measurement of acute stroke management quality indicators and hard clinical outcomes that will contribute to an ongoing process of quality improvement

Online platform: The development of an interactive multichannel platform, for collecting and analyzing high quality in-hospital and follow up data, applying multidimensional quality assessment analysis, providing statistical and analytic reports, monitoring behavioral changes and supporting the overall project’s management process

Patients’ and staff (physicians and nurses) experiences evaluation: The evaluation of patients’ and staff (physicians and nurses) experiences and its impact on stroke management

Assessment of the impact of stroke: The assessment of the severe negative impact of stroke on patients’ quality of life and disability status

Cost measurement: The measurement of health and non- health related cost (eg loss of productivity,) and related national expenditure for stroke care using a bottom up approach, as well as the cost-effectiveness relation of the early thrombolysis

”Value” of care estimation: The evaluation of the value of care focused on health outcomes and compared with the related cost
